Beyond the Breath

Vibroacoustic Sound Experience

Feel the music move through you — not just into you. A full-body sound immersion that works at the cellular level to restore, regulate, and renew.

What is Vibroacoustics?

Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound waves — delivered directly through a specialized mat or surface — to create gentle, rhythmic vibrations that travel through the body's tissues, fluids, and cells. Unlike listening to music through speakers, vibroacoustics allows you to physically feel the sound as it moves through you.

The technology was developed in the 1980s by Norwegian educator Olav Skille, who observed that children with disabilities responded profoundly to music felt through the body. Since then, vibroacoustic therapy has been studied and used in clinical, therapeutic, and wellness settings around the world for its effects on pain, anxiety, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation.

Sound is not just something you hear. It is something your body already knows how to receive.

How It Works

01

Lie Down & Settle In

You rest on the vibroacoustic mat — fully clothed, completely supported. There is nothing to do but arrive.

02

Sound Enters the Body

Carefully selected music or frequencies are played through the mat's haptic transducers, converting audio into precise physical vibrations felt throughout your entire body.

03

The Nervous System Responds

The low-frequency vibrations signal safety to the nervous system. Muscle tension releases, brainwave activity slows, and the body shifts from sympathetic activation into parasympathetic rest.

04

Deep Restoration

As the session continues, the vibrations penetrate deeper — supporting circulation, reducing inflammation, and creating the conditions for genuine cellular-level restoration.

What It Supports

Vibroacoustic therapy has been explored in research and wellness settings for a wide range of physical and emotional benefits.

Nervous System Regulation

Low-frequency vibration activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's rest-and-digest mode — helping to reduce chronic stress activation and restore a sense of calm.

Pain & Tension Relief

The rhythmic vibrations help release held tension in muscles and connective tissue, and have been studied for their effects on chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal discomfort.

Anxiety & Emotional Release

Many people experience a profound sense of emotional settling during a session — as if the body finally has permission to put something down. Vibroacoustics can support anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm.

Sleep & Recovery

Regular vibroacoustic sessions have been associated with improved sleep quality, reduced cortisol, and faster physical recovery — making it a powerful complement to any wellness or breathwork practice.

Circulation & Lymphatic Flow

The physical vibrations support blood and lymphatic circulation, helping the body move waste products and deliver nutrients more efficiently at a cellular level.

Deepened Breathwork & Energy Work

When combined with 9D Breathwork and other bioenergetic work, vibroacoustics creates a more receptive body — one that is already open, relaxed, and ready to receive the deeper work.
